1. Penerimaan terma

Dengan menggunakan seeker-digital.com, Resume Builder, Jemputan Kita, Portfolio, atau borang pitstop, anda bersetuju dengan Terma ini dan Dasar Privasi (PDPA 2010). Jika tidak bersetuju, hentikan penggunaan.

3. Pembayaran & kod SEEK

  • Fasa 1 (semasa): manual — anda hubungi kami, kami hantar kod SEEK-XXXXX selepas bayaran sah. Masukkan kod di modal Upgrade untuk aktifkan premium serta-merta (auto-SEEK juga dijana dari Borang Pertanyaan).
  • Kod adalah 5 aksara, sekali guna untuk akaun emel anda (codes/{SEEK-XXXXX}). Jangan kongsi.
  • Fasa 2: pembayaran automatik (Billplz/ToyyibPay) akan datang — resit dan pengaktifan automatik.

4. Penghantaran & akses

Resume: akses serta-merta selepas kod aktif — muat turun PDF/Word/TXT bila-bila masa. Jemputan: pautan /k/{slug}?g={token} aktif selepas anda tekan Terbitkan. Perkhidmatan custom (Landing/POS): penghantaran dalam 48 jam dari pengesahan keperluan, termasuk 3× revisi percuma.

5. Bayaran balik (Refund)

  • Produk digital yang telah diaktifkan dengan kod SEEK tidak boleh dibayar balik selepas PDF/Word tanpa watermark dimuat turun atau jemputan diterbitkan.
  • Jika kod belum digunakan atau fail rosak tidak dapat dibaiki dalam 7 hari, hubungi seeker.digitals@gmail.com — kami akan ganti kod atau bayar balik penuh.
  • Untuk custom project, bayaran balik pro-rata jika kerja belum bermula; selepas mockup diluluskan, deposit tidak dikembalikan.

6. Tanggungjawab pengguna

  • Berikan maklumat tepat dan sah. Jangan muat naik kandungan menyalahi undang-undang, kebencian, atau melanggar hak cipta.
  • Jangan cuba pintas paywall, manipulasi Firestore Rules, atau kongsi kod premium secara haram.
  • Anda bertanggungjawab ke atas teks jemputan/RSVP yang anda terbitkan.

7. Harta intelek

Reka bentuk template, kod, dan jenama Seeker Digital adalah milik kami. Kandungan yang anda masukkan (resume, teks jemputan) kekal milik anda — anda memberi kami lesen untuk memaparkan jemputan yang anda terbitkan sahaja.

8. Privasi & PDPA 2010

Pemprosesan data peribadi tertakluk kepada Dasar Privasi dan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Malaysia). Consent direkod sebagai consent:true. Lihat retention: leads 6 bulan, invites 90 hari selepas eventDate, galeri/QR localOnly.

9. Penafian & had liabiliti

Perkhidmatan disediakan “as is”. Kami tidak menjamin kedudukan SEO, jualan, atau penerimaan resume oleh majikan. Liabiliti maksimum kami terhad kepada jumlah yang anda bayar untuk perkhidmatan berkenaan.

10. Tamat perkhidmatan

Kami boleh menggantung akses jika anda melanggar terma, menyalahguna sistem, atau gagal membayar. Anda boleh padam data dengan emel seeker.digitals@gmail.com (21 hari, PDPA Seksyen 43).

11. Undang-undang & pertikaian

Terma ini ditadbir oleh undang-undang Malaysia. Sebarang pertikaian akan cuba diselesaikan secara rundingan di Kulai, Johor terlebih dahulu sebelum tindakan mahkamah.

By using seeker-digital.com, Resume Builder, Jemputan Kita, Portfolio or the pitstop form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (PDPA 2010). If you disagree, stop using the site.

3. Payment & SEEK codes

  • Phase 1 (current): manual — contact us, we send SEEK-XXXXX after verified payment. Enter it in Upgrade modal to unlock instantly (auto-SEEK also generated from Inquiry Form).
  • Codes are 5 chars, single-use per email (codes/{SEEK-XXXXX}). Do not share.
  • Phase 2: auto payment (Billplz/ToyyibPay) coming — receipt + auto activation.

4. Delivery & access

Resume: instant after code activation — download PDF/Word/TXT anytime. Invites: link /k/{slug}?g={token} live after you click Publish. Custom services: delivery within 48 hours of confirmation, incl. 3 free revisions.

5. Refunds

  • Digital goods activated with SEEK code are non-refundable after watermark-free PDF/Word downloaded or invite published.
  • If code unused or file corrupted and not fixed within 7 days, email seeker.digitals@gmail.com — we’ll replace the code or refund in full.
  • Custom projects: pro-rata refund if work not started; after mockup approved, deposit non-refundable.

6. User obligations

  • Provide accurate, lawful information. Do not upload illegal, hateful or copyright-infringing content.
  • Do not bypass paywalls, tamper with Firestore Rules, or resell premium codes.
  • You are responsible for text you publish in invites/RSVPs.

7. Intellectual property

Templates, code and the Seeker Digital brand are ours. Content you enter (resume, invite text) stays yours — you grant us a licence to display invites you publish only.

8. Privacy & PDPA 2010

Processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and Malaysia’s PDPA 2010. Consent stored as consent:true. Retention: leads 6 months, invites 90 days after eventDate, gallery/QR localOnly.

9. Disclaimer & liability cap

Services are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee SEO rank, sales or resume acceptance. Our max liability is the amount you paid for that service.

10. Termination

We may suspend access for abuse, breach or non-payment. You may request deletion via seeker.digitals@gmail.com (21 days, PDPA Sec 43).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes first attempted via negotiation in Kulai, Johor before court action.
